1. Are all of the items you sell REALLY made by Texas artisans?

Yes!

2. What happens if I buy something and I don't like it?

Just Texas Products has a 15 day money back guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase, send it to us, postage pre-paid and please tell us what was wrong.

3. What do I do if an item I bought is broken in shipment?

If an item is broken upon your receipt, notify UPS immediately, being careful to retain your shipping information.

4. Can I special order an item, like a different color, size or material?

If you are interested in a special order item, please call us. We will research your request and call within 48 hours with an answer.

5. Is it possible to order something and have it sent to a different address as gift?  Do you offer gift wrapping and special occasion cards?

We can send it to a different address but are unable to provide gift wrapping or cards.

6. If these items are hand made, is there a waiting time to have them made before they are shipped to me?

Since our products are hand made, we tell our customers to expect no longer than 4 to 6 weeks; however, if certain items are in stock, you can expect to receive it within 10 days.

7. If these items are hand made, how much of a variation can I expect from the photo I saw in the catalog here on-line?

We have tried our best to give you the best clarity possible.  Any variation from the photo on-line will depend a lot on your individual monitor and set-up.  A reasonable variance will be plus or minus 2% to 5%.
